✓ What to Expect:
The Client and Pet Sitter will agree on a set date and location to meet one another and the Pet, making sure everyone gets along and it is a good fit. Both parties will exchange information about the service/property entry, etc. The client will pay deposit if applicable, sign paper work regarding liability and confirm times and dates for leaving/returning.

✓ What to Expect:
The Pet Sitter will visit your home and check on your pet, making sure they are comforted and have everything they need. If requested your Pet Sitter will feed them, let them outside to play and potty, give them a treat or medicine if needed, and of course cuddle and pet them.

✓ What to Expect:
Price based on timed walk. The Pet Sitter will visit your home and take your dog for a walk around your neighborhood, then some good cuddles and maybe a treat. The Pet Sitter will take photos and videos of the walk and detail the Pet Parent of potty or eating routine.
Over Night Pet Sitting (In-Home)

✓ What to Expect:
Price based on 24 hour period. Deposit($25) required before start of services. The Pet Sitter will stay over night in the Pet Parent’s home and continue the daily routine for your pet, making sure they’re reassured and cared for just as their pet parent would. The Pet Sitter will keep you updated with photos and messages regarding food schedule and potty time throughout the stay.

Cancellation Policy:
Dog Walking Cancellation: A full refund is available if cancelled by 24 hours/day before the service begin. A $25.00 fee will be applied if cancellation occurs in less than 24 hours notice. A 100% service fee will be applied if no call/no show occurs. The only exception to this rule is Emergency or Weather Conditions do not permit scheduled booking.
Overnight Pet Sitting: Deposit is necessary to book an overnight pet sitting. Deposit will be a small amount of $25 to hold your booking and lock your rates with us. If cancellation by the Pet Owner occurs 24 hours in advance, deposit will be refunded in full. If Pet Owner cancels in less than 24 hours notice, the deposit return is forfeited. A $25.00 fee will be applied if cancellation occurs in less than 24 hours notice. In the event of an emergency or unforeseen situation requiring cancellation within 24 hour notice, the Pet Owner may request a rescheduling of the service instead of cancellation. If cancellation occurs by Cozy Care Pet Sitting, we offer a refund in full. The only exception to this rule is Emergency or Weather Conditions do not permit scheduled booking.
